STANDARD SHIPPING

Standard orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 6-8 weeks, and sent with our selected courier service, via Standard Delivery.  Custom made to order items are usually dispatched in 8-10 weeks and sent via Standard Delivery.  Standard delivery is to a ground floor external, easy access address, if you require this to be revised please contact us for upgraded services. Freight includes a single delivery during business hours. Please note freight excludes stair carries, out of hour’s delivery.

EXPRESS OR SPECIFIC DELIVERY SERVICES

If you would like your item sent as an Express Delivery via a special courier service, or a specific delivery time, or with specific access notes please contact the us on 0488 480 015 or hello@melbdesignco.com.au for assistance in obtaining pricing for you.

Shipping is within Australia only. Customers are welcome to organise their own overseas shipping and associated insurance.

THE HEAVY STUFF – shipping is based on weight, dimensions and location. Shipping/Delivery for large/bulky items (i.e. large furniture) may attract an additional fee, we will issue you an invoice for delivery when required based on your location. Bulky item shipping quotes will be explained and quoted prior to your order moving into production – sorry for any inconvenience.

CUSTOM ORDERS - Custom orders will include shipping and specially made packaging in the quote.

 

COLLECTION - collection of orders is available from our studio in Thomastown, strictly by appointment Monday to Friday 7.30am to 2pm. To discuss an alternative collection day or time or to book your collection please call 0488 480 015
